He is also the CEO of Clearwater Benefits, an insurance brokerage. If that wasn’t enough he has two podcasts, Cashflow 2 Freedom and Self Storage Income Podcast. AJ has a tremendous passion for storage and a wealth of knowledge.

As President of Keylock Storage, AJ lends his superior skills to mergers and acquisitions as well as all other aspects of the business. Carrying experience from building one of the largest employee benefit brokerage and consulting firms in the Pacific Northwest. He has a Master’s of Business Administration from Phoenix University.
